"Your crew at the office are all wonderful but I would personally like to comment on Lina. She is an extremely knowledgeable, polite and enthusiastic employee of your staff. Her customer service skills are not taught but come from dedication and the attitude that any question asked is not a stupid question and should be handled with professionalism and more importantly with the correct information. For over 20 years I used State Farm for my auto/home needs but left then because the customer service at another State Farm office and it’s Corporate service was horrendous. I always was stunned on how rude an office staff could be to a customer. Your office and staff, excluding one exception, have been excellent. I would line to personally extend my appreciation to Lina Martinez and Victor. Victor is personable and knowledgeable and his sense of humor makes me smile. Lina Martinez, in my opinion, epitomizes the words customer service. She is knowledgeable and handles all inquiries with concrete answers or suggestions. I had not experienced damage to my roof in over a century but Lina answered my questions and insured the process of helping me understanding adjuster’s estimates and explaining the payment process. State Farm would greatly benefit putting Lina in a higher position within State Farm addressing Customer Service at the Corporate Level or at a minimum offices in Nirth Texas."

"Let me just say I don't leave reviews but I felt this was a must. My experience with Cross was the BOMB!!!! Cross answered every question and concern I had. We were with our previous insurance company for 10+ years and we made the switch because the new premium was significantly cheaper and I got my dream car thanks to Cross and State Farm. I would say Run don't walk and call them and ask for Cross."

"First of all, every person that I have contact with at Kathleen Alexander State Farm has been friendly and professional. I recently had a claim with my personal articles policy involving theft. After providing the Police report, State Farm paid the claim within a couple of days. Also, State Farm paid the full replacement value!"

"The team is amazing! I dealt with Cross and he helped make sure I got the right policy for the vehicle I was insuring. He was very patient since I was at work and made time to call back a few different times during the day to build my policy. Better coverage and a cheaper premium than my previous insurance company!Great customer service!!!"

"Cross Corcoran set me up with all the info I needed and gave me a very competitive quote. I made one online inquiry about adding another vehicle to our family and was inundated with calls texts and emails. I usually don’t answer the phone when this kind of thing is happening, but I’m glad I answered when he called me. He was very easy to speak to and took me through the whole process step by step. I gave him my debit card info and started the policy right then. Great working with him. I saved his number and will probably contact him in the future to switch over some more cars to State Farm."

"Jocelyne was amazing and very helpful with assisting me with Kathleen Alexander’s office. She went above and beyond to help me save money. She found me a better premium with cheaper rates and even extra discounts compared to the previous policy I had. I originally received a follow-up call from another representative. During that call I let him know I wanted to remove a car from my policy. He told me that removing the car would cause me to lose my multi-car discount, but he didn’t offer any other options to help lower my premium. After that, Jocelyne actually called me back and took the time to review my policy. She worked to find a better option and was able to set me up with a new policy, a lower premium, additional discounts, and even life insurance. Her customer service was outstanding and she truly took the time to help me save money. I really appreciate her effort and professionalism. Thank you, Jocelyne!"
