"Victor was incredible. He listened, responded to my humor in kind, and made sure I had the best price he could give me. I have been wanting to come to Kathleen Alexander Agency since the location was off Granbury Rd, but it was never in the cards. Victor helped me in 2024 when I called for a quote and was very gracious when it was more than I could afford and went somewhere else. Today, he even remembered the financial issues and suggested another product that might help me save money in the long run.
