"I spoke with Lina in the office about ways to bring my premiums down. We scheduled a call at 11am and at 11 am the phone was ringing with her call. Lina explained the policies, the coverages and the numbers taking the time give me all the details I need to make good decisions! I ask a lot of questions but Lena was patient and kind and never made me feel bad for asking. I haven't had anyone else take that kind of time with with my insurance in YEARS. And strangely, it looks like I'll save a few hundred dollars by making the updates!! I want to add that all the people in the office there are super nice! I've called and could hear the phones ringing in the background but was never rushed or made to feel like I wasn't important."
