Her customer service skills are not taught but come from dedication and the attitude that any question asked is not a stupid question and should be handled with professionalism and more importantly with the correct information. For over 20 years I used State Farm for my auto/home needs but left then because the customer service at another State Farm office and it’s Corporate service was horrendous. I had not experienced damage to my roof in over a century but Lina answered my questions and insured the process of helping me understanding adjuster’s estimates and explaining the payment process. State Farm would greatly benefit putting Lina in a higher position within State Farm addressing Customer Service at the Corporate Level or at a minimum offices in Nirth Texas."

After providing the Police report, State Farm paid the claim within a couple of days. Also, State Farm paid the full replacement value!"

During that call I let him know I wanted to remove a car from my policy. He told me that removing the car would cause me to lose my multi-car discount, but he didn’t offer any other options to help lower my premium. After that, Jocelyne actually called me back and took the time to review my policy. She worked to find a better option and was able to set me up with a new policy, a lower premium, additional discounts, and even life insurance.
